I kind of forget that lifting heavily increases your levels of testosterone.
Normally I can subside any….frustration.
Right now though I really really can’t. It’s like a tidal wave in my mind. Every time it crashes on the shore of my subconscious it screams at me: Lascivious!
I was thinking of actually buying testosterone supplements for lifting….eff that. Imagine how hard up I’d be 24/7.
